Description
Located in one of Delhi’s most prestigious residential neighborhoods, the Vasant Vihar Club was designed as an exclusive social space for members to relax, interact, and unwind. The design intent was to create a warm yet sophisticated environment that feels welcoming throughout the day while transitioning seamlessly into an elegant evening setting.
A deep blue and gold color palette anchors the design, complemented by arched detailing, layered lighting, and finely crafted joinery. The layout balances formal seating with relaxed lounge zones, ensuring comfort without compromising visual appeal. Every element—from material selection to spatial planning—was thoughtfully curated to enhance the overall club experience.

Challenge
The primary challenge was to design a compact clubhouse that could accommodate multiple functions dining, lounging, and bar seating without feeling crowded. The space needed to appeal to a diverse group of members while maintaining a cohesive identity.
Another key challenge was balancing richness and restraint. The interiors had to feel premium and timeless, avoiding excessive ornamentation while still delivering character and warmth.
Solution
The design solution focused on clear zoning, strong architectural elements, and a consistent material language. Arched wall panels and custom cabinetry helped visually define spaces, while a unified blue-and-gold palette brought cohesion throughout the interiors.
Layered lighting—including ambient ceiling lights, feature chandeliers, and backlit display units—was used to elevate the atmosphere. Thoughtful furniture placement ensured smooth circulation and comfortable seating arrangements, allowing the club to function efficiently for both casual gatherings and formal occasions.
